Vehicle’s Garage, Distribution and Transportation Service Executive is a responsible organ for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the University’s vehicle fleet, transportation services, and distribution operations.

• Ensuring the effective allocation and utilization of vehicles
• Arranging insurance coverage for the vehicles of the institution
• Conducting annual vehicle safety inspections
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards related to vehicle operation and transportation services
• Managing transportation logistics for fieldwork, including fuel and expenses
• Ensuring vehicles are used solely for official purposes
• Providing 24 hours service for the staffs and students of the university
