About The Office

One of the working groups organized in accordance with the Government Employees Allocation Implementation Guideline No. 859/2014 is the Strategic Issues Executive, which was previously known as the Planning and Budget Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.

Currently, the Strategic Issues Executive has two working groups, namely Planning and Budget Preparation, Monitoring and Evaluation and Project Monitoring, Resource Acquisition and Partnership

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and involve in the development of financial and physical strategic and operational plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation process and suggest ways of correcting deviations.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to all concerned bodies
  • Establish a system for partner relations, resource mobilization and project management.
  • Coordinate and lead the design, implementation and evaluation of sector projects
  • Make the collaboration with development partners effective
  • Coordinate public-private partnership activities
