The convergence of communication intelligence\, signal processing\, and data computing has led to transformative developments in next-generation wireless communications\, multimedia systems\, intelligent networks\, and data-centric applications.\nThe rapid development of speech\, audio\, acoustic\, multimedia\, and communication signal processing\, together with intelligent computing models\, has created new opportunities for designing adaptive\, secure\, and efficient communication infrastructures. Advanced data computing technologies\, cloud-edge platforms\, high-performance computing\, and intelligent data management further support scalable and real-time processing of massive communication data.\nThe 7th International Conference on Innovative Data Communication Technologies and Applications (ICIDCA 2027) aims to bring together researchers\, academicians\, industry professionals\, and practitioners to present recent advances in signal processing\, communication intelligence\, data computing\, machine learning\, and intelligent communication systems.
