Change is affecting of life in organizations today. It can be difficult and people often resist it. Therefore, to assure organizational change, the office is established in university level since the 2009. The role of the office is to create a fair, ethical, effective, efficient, transformative and accountable civil servant who fostering efficient service delivery.
Following the implementation of reform tools in the organization, developing a culture of good governance, strengthening institutional and human resource capacity by designing capacity building, training and institutional digitalization. In this dynamic world, the office has also responsibility to develop new and improved reform tools and working systems to enhance organizational performance and productivity. Most importantly, the office also takes care of effective grievance handling system.
